Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
Most Tampa Bay couples book 9–12 months out, and popular Saturday dates in spring and fall go earlier. If your date is close, reach out anyway — we can often still make it work.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, and we recommend them — an engagement session is a great trial run with your photographer before the wedding, and the images are popular for save-the-dates and guest books.
How many photos will we receive?
It depends on how many hours you book and how much happens during them. A 6–8 hour wedding typically delivers 500–1,000+ edited images.
Do you shoot alongside our videographer?
Yes, we coordinate directly with your videographer (including our own Celebrations24 video team, if booked) so poses, angles, and key moments are covered without either of us blocking the other's shot.
Can you also cover a second location or a first look?
Yes. We'll help you decide whether a first look or traditional aisle reveal fits your day, and we regularly shoot multi-location weddings and separate getting-ready locations.
What happens if our photographer is sick on our wedding day?
Every booking is backed by our team, not a single freelancer. If your assigned photographer is ever unable to shoot, we provide a fully briefed replacement with your shot list and timeline — your day is never left uncovered.
